Returns
We accept returns 10 days after your order has been delivered. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. To start a return, you can contact us at hello@couvcollections.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Due to our small business, please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs for all returns. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Packing slips must be included.
Exchanges
We do not currently accept exchanges. We recommend returning the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

We strive to get your orders to you as quickly as possible.
Processing Time
Orders are processed between 3-8 business days.
Shipping Methods & Rates
We offer two shipping options both at a flat rate.
Standard Shipping: $12 for 3-5 business days delivery
Express Shipping:$30 for 1-2 business days delivery
International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping yet.
Shipping Delays
While we always do our best to meet delivery timelines, please be aware that shipping delays can occur, especially during baseball season since we do live the pro baseball life majority of the year. We really appreciate your patience and understanding with this.
